Added the ability to define a subscription to a logic meter for a state object.
To use, set the "subscriptionInstanceTag" property to the tag of a Logic Meter block. The plugin will then attempt to subscribe to the Meter block. If the property is null or empty, the plugin will continue to try subscribing to the stateInstanceTag, which does not work on Tesira as of June 2023.
This was tested on a live system using a Logic Meter block as shown:
