Code refactoring #87

@wawanbreton thanks for the PR. It looks good to me. Just waiting for https://github.com/PepperlFuchs/pf_lidar_ros_driver/pull/86 to be merged, hopefully early next week. Then we can merge this and restart work on https://github.com/PepperlFuchs/pf_lidar_ros_driver/pull/83.

@wawanbreton https://github.com/PepperlFuchs/pf_lidar_ros_driver/pull/86 is merged and I have rebased it from latest main. Once all the tests pass, we can merge it. Thanks for your contribution!
