Allow to disable RViz & pf_bringup in launch file. #93

This allows better integration in headless systems and robots that already have a robot_state_publisher.

I also had to manually edit the launch file. @ipa-hsd is there any plan to integrate this PR?

@ValerioMa sorry for being silent on this. Few PRs have been merged recently and there is a merge conflict for this PR. Could you please rebase it from the latest main and then we could merge it.

@ipa-hsd I rebased now. Also my other PR #94. Looking forward to the next release :slightly_smiling_face:
