Updated SEO config, and Version on docs #252

I updated the SEO to include more SEO-friendly wording for higher ranking. I have also updated the version # on the docs page to match the front page. Additionally, clicking on the notification at the top of the docs page now takes you to the releases page rather than the GitHub itself.

Just as a side note, anyone sending a PR can not view the previews as it states that we are not part of the team on Vercel. It makes it a little harder to find errors that were missed since we can only see changes made once they are found by a maintainer or after it has been pushed to prod.
