IMPORTANT - Test production build before tuesday #40

Test to run the site in Docker together with the backend and Pepper, then do all things that we have found to be buggy and/or performance lacking. Also mimic the expected behaviors of children using the software.

I can do that while you focus on the presentation. However, I do believe that 2 of us should setup a production build to test more thoroughly.
