You probably have a cache error in your browser. Otherwise it might be because of what browser you use if it always been like that. For me (on Chrome) it looks like this:
However, the latest push have some error in it so it might something that you've added/deleted. It is resolved for me now, check the last version. If this BUG still appear, please tell me what browser you are running.
I got the same issue with 3 different web browsers
I you are entirely sure that you have the latest version, could you send the Node.js log so i can have a look? It shows all warnings and error on runtime.
Also, was this a new phenomena or did it happen after the changes made from your last commit?
