Decomposition blocks to be checked #22

Sometimes the order of the decomposition blocks is not implemented as intended. E.g. see "false positive detection" (Detection identification) being a child node of "clustering error" (Pre-processing).

"Blooming: Excess charges flowing into neighboring photodiodes or pixels" - more likely to be assigned to Reception-Block instead of Signal-Propagation-Block.
