Water appears transparent except for surface ripples/reflections #40

Water in the render window appears completely transparent, except for surface ripples/reflections: image

The expectation is that water should have some opacity/color based on the water type, e.g.: image

These are my water render settings; I don't believe they are the issue. I've also checked using Nvidia and AMD integrated graphics and the issue persists. The issue is the same for both worldspace water and placed water planes. image

Yep, I observe this in 1.6.1130, although it is not present in the old ones.
