Updated dockerhub repo name #131

This PR renames the dockerhub repository name from perconalab/pg_tde to perconalab/postgres-tde-ext to align with the repository rename.

I'm not sure if this PR is necessarily that useful for you, maybe you prefer to do this yourself :) OR this might do too much since it also practically re-enables the github action that pushes image builds from main to dockerhub, which seems to have not worked for a while due to wrong repo name.

Thanks a lot for the PR, but we'll fix it directly on dockerhub, as we want to keep the new and shorter name as pg_tde moving forward. Ticket was already created, and should be fixed asap.

Thank you for the offer, but there is no need for anything! 🙏 Great that the project exists and hoping it will eventually become the native solution for Postgres encryption! :)
