Sorry for the late reply I'm currently traveling with extremely bad internet connection and no laptop :-(. Did you try to delete your cnake build ddirectory and rerun cmake? If this does not fix the issue could you please post your Ubuntu version. Thanks

@undingen I was using docker so every time I tried it was clean system only with necessary dependencies.
I already dropped my Dockerfile with Ubuntu in favour of that one with CentOS but if you need it I can also provide it as well.
I tried Ubuntu 16.04, 16.10 and 17.04.
boost::string_ref::find(string::ref)
is broken in 1.53 https://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/ticket/8067libmysqlclient_r.so
inmysql
directory CentOS puts the lib into a mysql subdirectory:/usr/lib64/mysql/
