Missing breadcrumbs on project pages

Description:

On each project page bread crumbs should be present to help users navigate back to the higher page in the stack. Bread crumbs are present in code but not displaying on any pages.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open site in any browser
2. navigate to any project page

Expected Result:

Should see breadcrumbs in the upper right corner

Actual Result:

no bread crumbs are appearing

Configuration:

The bug is present on the checked configurations

The nav bar was hiding the bread crumbs. By adding a top margin they now display in the upper left corner.
