The only other minigames I know of are a shooting minigame (which takes place at a summer festival; a good excuse to put your maid into a kimono or festival clothes) and a fishing minigame (part of X1, and should use the honeymoon DressCode if possible).

The Butt Battle is part of a Night Pool DLC; if it's possible to detect that you're at the Night Pool, not just that you're in a Butt Battle, that would be a great opportunity to show off a swimsuit.

Finally, is it possible to detect Karaoke?

Fishing minigame does not use honeymoon costume.
