In what ways are you planning to improve each weapon?

Its complicated. I could just boost damage across the board but it doesnt feel right. I need to identify each problem with each gun, why they see 0 use right now. I have to first decide at what firearms skill level you should be able to fire each gun optimally. Then i need to decide how effective a skilled marksman could be with each caliber. Then test each weapon on different firearms skill levels. Ideally some calibers like the .308 should have collateral capabilities. Mayyybeeee 5.56x45 as well. Full Auto should suck way less since we dont care that much about pvp balancing right now. If i see a firearm jam at 70% and above condition, im gonna choke a bitch.

ive used the msr guns myself and they dont seam to be useful much. MSR788 Up mag capacity to 10 rounds. Buff the racking rate. MSR700 Buff the mag capacity to 5+1 Round internal mag Buff the racking time Buff accuracy and aim time This would make the msr line much better. since these guns are the easiest to use and longest range by default but people just dump em For the m14 Just have it jam less and lower the aim skill gate.

I think with the recent buff the m14 got in vanilla, you should keep its aiming requirement the way it is. Lowering the jam rate should be enough

As for the Desert Eagle and the .44 Magnum gun. The reason these see such little use is a couple of things. The ammo is rare, the boxes only contain 12 bullets each, the Desert Eagle jams too often, and neither of the guns are very usable at below aiming 5 levels. Neither gun one-shots too often either. It's kind of like using a terrible version of the M1911

The problem with the M1911 is that the M625 gun is better in all aspects, has a similar ammo capacity and doesn't jam. The M9 has no real competition because as far as pistols go it's second place to the M625. Which I think the M625 is just the best because it doesn't jam and has a low aiming requirement. The double barrel shotgun feels lame. I get that it's like a realism thing and maybe some people prefer it but I wouldn't know why to be honest. The JS-2000 works so much better with its higher capacity. It's also more common than the double barrel, i think. The M16 has a slew of problems considering its high level requirement and disappointing damage output. Along with the vanilla nerf it just received, I doubt anyone would bother using it even at aiming 10. Its ammo is somewhat uncommon as well, and it, as a gun, is actually kinda rare too.

Oh I knew I was forgetting a gun. The M36 revolver. It's forgettable, because it's uncommon and you can't attach any weapon mods to it. It's the quietest gun, I think, but that doesn't really make up for its uncommon ammo type and low damage output. I would rather just use melee if the M36 was my only gun option.
