Multiple track changes freezes #98

If rapidly pressing Next and Prev or randomly selecting new tracks there's a 
delay somewhere that 
doesn't exist for other requests such as getStatus. Where is this block. Is it 
access to the spotify 
source that creates the delay?

perhaps we should optimize for spotify only, now we recreate the src pipeline 
each 
time since it could have been a filesrc that was needed instead.
