Problems with "verder" - repeated quit date notification on quit date

Typing "verder" sent the same smoking quit date notification again that I already got 2 hours earlier.

Typing "verder" again then again sends the quit date notification:

I suppose that the quit date notification shows up as an uncompleted dialog since the completion of notifications is not stored: https://github.com/PerfectFit-project/virtual-coach-rasa/blob/main/Rasa_Bot/data/rules/rules_notifications.yml.
