Apply all at once in icon editor #10

Thanks for making the really nice icon editor!

I noticed one behaviour, and I'm not sure if it's intentional: If I select one power plan, set its icon colors, then repeat the process for the remaining power plans, and finally hit the apply button, only one of them gets applied. Maybe either open a "Do you want to apply?" prompt before letting the user select another plan if they haven't applied the current colours yet, or simply make the button apply all changes made.

It was indeed deliberate, but I acknowledge that it's a bit counter-intuitive for the user.

The only real motivator for the current approach was to simplify the generation of bitmaps. So, a technical motivator, not a UX motivator.

I'll slate this issue for the 1.3.1.0 release. I don't know when I'll get around to it, but it'll get done eventually :)

Sounds good, it's hardly a pressing issue.
