On Windows 11

You can put a shortcut to PB in %UserProfile%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup to achieve this.

The installer used to do this for you, but it kept getting flagged as a virus by anti-virus scanners.
