Update the README badges link #108

The README badges (codecov, codacy, ...) links became obsolete when Perun's ownership was transferred to an organization. Update the badges links and make sure the code checkers work correctly, e.g., for new pull requests, with the new repo location.

Partially resolved by #109. We still need to fix Codacy to have this issue fixed.
