Perun should be refactored a little

[x] refactor colors (maybe extract them to module + class)
[x] refactor namedtuples and enums (WIP by TF)
[x] refactor format strings (WIP by TF)
[x] remove unnecessary imports or useless imports (used e.g. for one function or in one module)
[ ] pylint and Codacy issues that are easy to resolve and don't require extensive refactoring
[x] update docstring #117

@JiriPavela if you have some ideas what could be refactored as well, feel free to either tell me or directly edit (if you can).

@JiriPavela I will leave the lint and docstrings to you, OK? I will refactor the colours and then I will move (finally) to other features/topics.
