[feature]: Place "required" domains in comments into a whitelist #122

This will help organize which domains should be permitted.

Categorization can be done using stylized comment headings, like so:

# Amazon Fire TV
#####

# Required for apps to be installed
mas-ext.amazon.com
# etc.
