Changes

I have added Poru to the supported clients list

Why

Because Poru now supports all of NodeLink's features and is still missing on this list.

Checkmarks

[x] The modified endpoints have been tested.
[x] Used the same indentation as the rest of the project.
[x] Still compatible with LavaLink clients.

It's still in v3.7 list lol.

@ThePedroo, The main PR on poru's repo was merged I'll merge this too.

@Joniii11 Merging this PR, Marks Poru fully compatible with Both Versions of NodeLink.
