What are you trying to do and how would you want to do it differently?

I would like to include the bond associated correspondence formulation.

Is it something you currently cannot do? Is this related to an issue/problem?

sub neighborhoodlists for bonds are not there yet

Implementation details

search the nearest neighbors in the neighborhoodlist.
