Add support to specify OpenVPN tunnel access key and secret key #5

Our use case involves engineers switching tunnels often on their routers. The UI requires them to manually type in username and passwords for these cases. We would like to be able to reuse the same access key / secret key for the tunnels used by a single user so that they don't need a spreadsheet of usernames and passwords.
