Add X-box controller to adjust translation and orientation #11

Controller has been ordered. Should arrive Thursday.

Make axis directions more intuitive. Make button switch between translate/rotate. Maybe cover the special "X" button to make the other X button.

Lock axis directions to patient or to viewer?

Make directions locked to patient, and set directions to make it intuitive when the user stands at the patient's head.
