Try these improvements:

• mark the needle entry point (slightly bigger sphere as the path + different color)
• make the outside part of the path longer
• deform the patient CT/MRI (and segmented models) to the mannequin skin surface; harden transform
• controls for hide/show different models on HoloLens (path, brain & lesion, etc)

Voice commands sometimes change states. Translation axis sometimes off.
