From @sarahgryan: "Has the group been able to talk about when to do training with Dr. Levy? He's free starting next Wednesday so I figure we should send him the times he could come in to be trained soon."
@EmilyRae995 @zacbaum When do you think you would be ready for a first training session with Dr Levy?
From @sarahgryan: [Dr Levy is] "free until march 1st so could aim for the last week of Feb"
Any more discussion about this? I think we should update Dr. Levy ASAP to set up a time.
@EmilyRae995 and I are having issues getting the project to work on different PCs and until she's back in Kingston it may be difficult to troubleshoot and add much new work to the project. We're going to try and setup Unity Collaborate for the project and see if that solves our issues.
@lassoan do we want to test with the current version (what is currently on Emily's Hololens)?
If so, we can run Dr. Levy through what changes we plan to make and he can give us feedback on what other aspects he likes or doesn't (such as how to place points for the registration process).

There are some extra steps in the current version that we know we would remove or simplify, so it would be better to address those and show the simplest possible workflow to Ron. However, if this would delay meeting with Ron by several days then I think it's better to show what we have, as is.
I cleaned up some of the outdated tools before we left last week, but this wouldn't have any affect on how Dr. Levy will use it, as they were just in the background if we wanted to access them.
The workflow on the current version won't change too much after we update the tools. The biggest difference is that the 3 point registration won't have the rotation in the last step, this will be simplified by placing all the markers using the same move/depth method that is currently used for the first two markers. So Dr. Levy will still be able to experience this process and tell us what he thinks. The bigger changes for this are more related to the registration process in the code (@zacbaum is looking into this), but will have a pretty minimal effect on the workflow.
The only other change will be toggling the visibility of the anatomy after the registration using a menu rather than voice commands (which allows us to use QuickNav for other models/procedures). I'm hoping to get this menu done early next week.
Alright sounds great, could I (or one of you) respond to Ron with some possible times for a meeting next week. I'm available most of Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon, and Thursday after 3:30, but whenever works for you guys is more important if you want to do it outside of those options.
We’re free Tuesday after 3:30 and I’m free Wednesday (Zac has class all day) but all the changes may not be done. Thursday after 3:30 also works and we would likely have everything finished!

Dr Levy is going to come at 4 pm on March 1st! If you want my help with anything this week or testing just let me know.
@sarahgryan Could you please add a file (.md markdown file) to the repository to summarize the workflow (who does what, when)?
Absolutely. I have a final tomorrow morning so I’ll get to it tomorrow afternoon
Thank you!
