Prepare upgrade 4.0

[x] backup from last commit master, branch from master for this transition
[x] clean addons https://github.com/Perkedel/HexagonEngine/commit/cc3f426309ac0568c64c44f9248ea96cf49755be
[x] wait for Godot 4.0
[x] Check addons. If no 4.0, move back them to join conversion
[x] attempt open in Godot
[ ] fix & optimize
[ ] continue rolling

We got after church already. perhaps good idea to move everything of them over there? and just leave the render here.
