Feature: Interface for pasted code

This is an attempt at an interface to check pasted code (in reference to the comment on blogs.perl.org).

Despite what the blog post says, I don't think the old version ever supported pasting in code. But this certainly is useful. I might tweak it a bit, but I will merge this.
