LICENSE quotes invalid FSF address #2

The LICENSE file quotes Free Software Foundation's postal address which not valid anymore. Current one can be found at http://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/gpl-2.0.txt. Please update the license wording to deliver correct address to your users.
