Fix documentation for any-shebang score in SourceHandler::Perl #90

Commit 7038535a4ea429742a441a901b097169579a91cd reduced it to 0.3, but failed to update the documentation.

Good point. Though I'm genuinely wondering if we shouldn't change the behavior anyway.

Change the behaviour how? Revert the commit that changed the code but not the docs? That's a separate discussion, and until then, the documentation should match reality.
