I used "Expired" instead of "Stalled" because "Stalled" implies it will start again. I believe that most things left untouched for three months won't, and acting like we're waiting for them to start again is going to create drag and a sense of half-finished things lying around, instead of things we've put behind us. Alternatively, I would suggest "Abandoned," which still suggests somebody could come back and pick it up, but without the expectation.
