I am writing to you because you seem to be interested in privacy and also know the PERL language.

I am volunteering with a human rights organization that wants to put up a website where people can report on human rights abuses\, including privacy issues on the Internet. I am writing the HTML\, but don't know enough PERL to write the script.

Can your refer me to anyone who might volunteer to write the script for us?
