[doc] perlxs*.pod is missing in ExtUtils-ParseXS-3.44 #19330

Where

ExtUtils-ParseXS-3.44 should contain perlxs.pod, perlxstut.pod and perlxstypemap.pod.

Description

perlxs.pod, perlxstut.pod and perlxstypemap.pod are in repository dist/ExtUtils-ParseXS/lib. However, new release tarball of ExtUtils-ParseXS-3.44 does not contain them.

The files were moved to the repository in commit

    Move perlxs{,tut}.pod into the ExtUtils-ParseXS dist

This was on purpose since they were not available in the CPAN release of ExtUtils::ParseXS 3.35: https://metacpan.org/release/SMUELLER/ExtUtils-ParseXS-3.35/source. I can release a new version with them included, but it would be good to know whether their lack of inclusion in the previous CPAN release was on purpose and/or correct.
