[PRC] Remove Authoring.pod? #186

Since the authoring manuals are now in two different files and this file basically points to the other ones, would it be a good idea to just remove it altogether and point to those other two manuals where it was needed?

Definitely better to point to the new manuals. Reasonable to also remove the old one, so long as all of the links to the old one has been updated.
