Inline auto include #78

This is the same as #77 but includes support for Inline's auto_include option. I am opening it as a new PR in case anyone has a strong objection to the auto_include support.

I consider this ready for merge and thus vote aye

Note that support for this PR implies support for

https://github.com/Perl5-Alien/Alien-Base-Extras/pull/6

(this branch will fail travis until that PR is merged as well)
