Per repology:
"Homepage link 
"https://github.com/gisle/libwww-perl/tree/File-Listing/master" is dead 
(HTTP error 404) for more than a month."

The first part of the URL is valid, up to 
"https://github.com/gisle/libwww-perl/".

I suggest updating the repository value to that URL.
