Add git features to dancer2 gen command #1596

When generating a new app, let the user initialize a git repo and set a remote, if Git.pm is installed.

@racke and @SysPete you both challenged me in (good!) different ways with this PR. I think this looks a lot better - please provide feedback when you can.

Leaving this open for now, but will close and reimplement when the new CLI framework is ready.
