Remove Template::Simple #1616

Mattias, I marked this as won't fix. Not because you did poor work or anything, but because of what came of the discussions as mentioned in #1619.

I really appreciate you taking the time to put this PR together, and to raise the issue in the first place. It is one of those things that I hadn't really paid attention to until you pointed it out. So to that end, credit for the removal of our Template::Tiny fork from core is really attributable to you.
