The FFI::Platypus::Declare module has been discouraged for quite some time, and hasn't been updated for a while. It may represent some challenges for Perl 7, or it may not. Either way we'd like to spin this off into its own distribution so that it doesn't slow down or cause problems with Platypus core development.
