Re-organize lib/ heirachy for new Design #45

We are make SDL:: as close to SDL C API bindings as possible. We are targeting the 1.2.14 release that is to come out soon. This release will be around for a while until 1.3 release so we have some time to catch up.

We are going to redesign our name space SDL::* to this site
