perlanetrc: Add GitHub commits #24

Upstream Perl commits for the "blead" branch.

Thankfully GH allows RSS feeds for repository commits, so we can leverage that for good (as the most current Perl news).

I worry slightly that the feed will get a bit swamped. But let's see...

Yeah GH would be the most active one with daily 5 items on average I reckon.

But that's an important one and one of the only sources keeping the Planet alive on a daily basis :-)

I wish the feeds (in the future) could be selectable to prevent that type of danger that comes with filling the list.

Anyway, thanks a lot for this project, I'm done for today.
