Feature: Send a custom IP to Geo services #4

This feature allow admin, developers or content redactor to force the IP sent to ip geolocation services. This is useful in special cases where PHP do not receive a proper IP from the client. One could also need to simulate visits from another geographical region, tests for bugs, etc.

Hi @Perlkonig,

We're currently developing our new website with Grav and using the iplocate plugin here @savoirfairelinux.com. We need to specify an IP because PHP does not send an appropriate IP to our local virtualbox/vagrant test servers, also to test website behavior for different location.

We'd very much like to get your feedback and opinion on this feature and are open to submit a new pull request if appropriate.
