Data are available here: https://arcticdata.io/catalog/view/doi%3A10.18739%2FA2CJ87M8Z, and comprise a single shapefile. Properties appear to be well documented in the EML. We should be able to use our current workflow to created Cesium 3D tiles and webtiles for this dataset.
