Note that Daphne has this data (I think) in process at the Arctic Data Center already.
Update from Anna: Lingcao just published his pan-Arctic mapping of RTS using the ArcticDEM.
Data availability Data of the extracted features will be available on Arctic Data Center (https://arcticdata.io/) after review and technical problems for hosting large datasets are resolved. Code for the automated pipeline and ArcticDEM processing are at https://github.com/yghlc/rs_data_proc, YOLOv4 training and prediction are at https://github.com/yghlc/Landuse_DL. Codes for frontend and back-end of the crowdsourcing system are at https://github.com/yghlc/labelEarth and https://github.com/yghlc/labelEarthServer, respectively. @robyngit @jeanetteclark @julietcohen @justinkadi is this the same dataset that Lingcao sent to us a year ago and we are still processing for publishing? If so, then this would be a good dataset for @justinkadi to start shepherding through the process. Let's discuss.
If the data is on our servers somewhere, it would be great to post a reference to the location here to get us started.
There is 14.4TB of data in datateam:/var/data/curation/Lingcao-output
that Daphne was working on, and that Daphne, @jeanetteclark, and I have discussed a few times. There is also an RT ticket for this with more background and details.
