Get list of subfolders in App folder #19

Another one building off the others; again let me know whether this is useful / what you're looking for.

This adds the ability to get the app root with child folders from the session archive (be that an archive that was passed in or the default).

Oh, slightly accidental to open this against the add-get-root branch, but it is much more readable this way before that's merged.

Rebased this onto the newer version of add-get-root in #18.

ooh merging #18 with force pushed commits caused some ugliness here, will clean up.
