Add player heads #5

The heads added were mostly automated by Legacy Skins skin patcher tool, but they can be changed manually with the patcher as well. Note that the patcher is still quite unpolished, and it currently overrides every icon, even it a skin already has one.

Should I pull in the hat layer as well?

i mean like if lce has it then probably add the hat layer
