Clicking on the mouseover of a local variable should open the local variables pane (if it's not already open) #18

This currently puts the variable value in the notebook. Why wouldn't that be enough?

That requires the notebook to be open, no?

IIRC this was a suggestion that came out of talking bholley through a session.
