Make it possible to automatically open some panels

When I start a debugging session I always open the same panels:

• Local Variables
• Callees
• Running Processes

And close stdout and alerts, which aren't very useful for my use cases.

Would it be possible to persist some prefered layout?

There's now a way to restore panels from previous sessions (via the gearbox icon on the right side)
