You can see (and personalize) the mappings in the session properties dialogs; I can see no reason to document a customized association.
There's no PAs on this dialog but it can be added.

Clear & reset (kybdreset) are now on accelerator dialog in the 'unstable' version. The PAs will need some more work.
Just opened issue 9 on lib3270 project for PA exports.
Lib3270 unstable was updated with the PA keys export. They'll be available on master after the next merge.
There's a need on documentation, especially on how to map 3270 keys on PC keyboard (PA1, Reset, Clear) and other configurations.
