ok, with this PR I think the api will output both JSON and XML correctly for word analyses for the hazm engine. take a look at some of the comments. feel free to change the way the uris are created for the annotations and the engine, I just hacked something in for now.
there are probably lots better ways to do some of the response handling with flask, I am not at all an expert (far from) with Flask.
